  • Experience & Atmosphere

    Spa experiences are only conducted whilst the boat is securely moored. You’ll enjoy the gentle movement of water without any cruising.

    Every booking is for exclusive use. Only your group and our discreet spa team will be aboard.

    The spa is designed for year-round comfort regardless of weather with a heated interior and air conditioning.

  • Where are you based?

    The boat moves between Paddington / Little Venice, Kings Cross / Angel and nearby our home mooring in Limehouse.

    We will always be able to confirm your experience location in advance.

    There may be limited parking close to the mooring so we recommend using nearby public transport or taxis.

  • What should I bring?

    We provide towels, robes, and spa slippers as well as shampoo and body wash.

    Please bring swimwear and any personal items you may need.

    There’s a shower (within the open plan spa area) and changing space with a hairdryer for your convenience.

  • Accessibility & Safety

    Please note access to the boat involves stepping on and off a narrow towpath and navigating several steps into the boat. Additionally design limitations of the vessel mean that certain aspects of the boat are small, fixed or narrow.

    As a result the experience will likely be unsuitable for those with restricted mobility or requiring additional space for their comfort.

    For safety reasons, the spa experience is reserved for guests aged 16 and over.

  • Bookings & Cancellations

    Bookings can be made via our website or Instagram booking link. Full payment is required to confirm a booking.

    You may cancel or reschedule up to 3 days or 72 hours before your experience.

    Cancellations giving notice of less than 3 days or 72 hours or no shows may forfeit the deposit.

  • Do you provide food and drinks?

    We offer water, juice and herbal teas and snacks such as dried fruit and vegetable crisps.

    Please advise us in advance should any of your guests suffer from any food allergy or intolerance or should you have any specific requests.
